David Caddick
Musical Supervisor

David Caddick has been the musical supervisor and musical director on numerous Broadway and West End musicals, including The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Sunset Boulevard, Cats, Starlight Express, Evita and Jesus Christ Superstar. He also served as musical supervisor and executive producer for Cameron Mackintosh's revival of Oklahoma! on Broadway. David recently served as the musical director for the world premiere of Stephen Sondheim's Bounce. For film, David conducted, supervised and musically directed Evita, starring Madonna. He produced the complete symphonic recording of Les Misérables for which he won a Grammy Award and the recordings of Miss Saigon (complete symphonic), Oliver!, Oklahoma! and My Fair Lady.
